Cancellation and No-Show Policy Guests are required to provide adequate notice when cancelling or modifying a reservation. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking terms and the hotel's cancellation deadline. Guests who fail to arrive without cancelling their reservation may be charged for the applicable number of nights. Payment Policy All hotel charges must be settled using the payment methods accepted by the hotel, including cash in Ghana Cedis (GHS), bank cards, mobile money, or other approved payment methods. Guests are responsible for settling all outstanding bills. Guest Identification Policy Guests are required to present a valid form of identification when requested by the hotel. Acceptable identification may include a Ghana Card, passport, driver's licence, or another government-issued identification document. Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking rooms and indoor areas where smoking is not permitted. Guests may smoke only in areas designated by the hotel. Additional charges may apply for smoking in prohibited areas. Children and Extra Guests Policy Children are welcome, subject to room occupancy limits. Guests should inform the hotel when travelling with children or additional occupants. Extra charges may apply for additional guests, beds, meals, or other services. Noise and Conduct Policy Guests are expected to respect other guests and hotel staff. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, fighting, harassment, or activities that disturb other guests are not permitted. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in removal from the hotel. Property Damage and Loss Policy Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves or members of their party. The hotel may charge reasonable repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs where applicable. Safety and Security Policy Dangerous, illegal, or hazardous items are not permitted on the hotel premises. Guests must follow all hotel safety and emergency procedures. Guests are advised to secure valuable belongings in the hotel's safe or designated secure-storage facilities where available.
