• Ghana’s Independence Square, you stand where Ghana declared its freedom in 1957- becoming the first sub-Saharan Afrcain nation to gain independence from colonial rule.

After breakfast, depart for Assin Manso in the Central Region.

Highlights:

• Visit the Slave River the final bathing place before captives were taken to the coast.
• Guided historical interpretation of the transatlantic slave trade.

• Elmina Castle – One of the oldest European structures in Sub-Saharan Africa.
