Cleanliness and Care of Property Guests are requested to keep their rooms and shared facilities clean and tidy. Hotel furniture, equipment, linens, and other property must not be removed from the premises without authorization. Guests may be held responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs caused by their actions, subject to applicable law and a fair assessment. Any maintenance issue, damage, or malfunction should be reported to reception promptly. Smoking and Fire Safety Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking rooms and indoor areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, where available. Candles, open flames, fireworks, and unauthorized heating or cooking appliances are prohibited in guest rooms. Guests must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and follow all fire safety instructions. Fire alarms, extinguishers, and other safety equipment must not be tampered with or used except in an emergency. Security and Personal Belongings Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and use available room safes or designated safekeeping facilities. Room keys and access cards must not be shared with unauthorized persons and must be returned at check-out. Lost keys or access cards should be reported immediately; replacement fees may apply where disclosed. The hotel must be notified promptly of suspicious activity, security concerns, or lost property. The hotel will handle responsibility for lost or damaged belongings in accordance with applicable law and its disclosed terms.
