Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel their reservation according to the cancellation terms stated at the time of booking. Cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the deposit. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms before confirming their reservation. Payment Policy Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation. We accept approved payment methods indicated during the booking process. Any outstanding balance must be settled before departure. Additional charges incurred during the stay may be charged to the guest's provided payment method. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or other designated non-smoking areas. Guests who smoke in prohibited areas may be charged a cleaning or restoration fee. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, where available. Pet Policy Pets are permitted only where specifically approved by the property. Guests must inform the property in advance when traveling with a pet. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbance caused by their pet. Damage and Loss Policy Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, equipment, or other facilities caused during their stay. The property reserves the right to charge guests for repairs, replacement, or additional cleaning. Guests are also responsible for their personal belongings, and the property is not liable for items lost or left unattended. Noise and Conduct Policy Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, and the property at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, parties, or activities that disturb other guests are not permitted. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action, including ending a stay without refund, when serious or repeated disturbances occur. Guest Safety and Security Policy Guests must follow all safety instructions and property rules during their stay. Access cards, keys, and other security devices must not be given to unauthorized persons. Any suspicious activity, emergency, accident, or security concern should be reported to staff immediately.
