Guest Identification Policy — Guests must present valid identification when registering for accommodation, and the information provided must match the reservation details. Occupancy Policy — Only the number of guests permitted for the selected room category may occupy the room unless additional occupancy has been approved by management. Smoking Policy — Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or other designated non-smoking areas. Guests should use approved outdoor areas where available. Swimming Pool Policy — Guests using the swimming pool must follow posted safety instructions, and children should remain under appropriate adult supervision while using the facility. Noise & Conduct Policy — Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and behave respectfully toward other guests, particularly when events or activities are taking place on the property. Guest Property Policy — The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended in guest rooms or public areas. Guests should use any available security arrangements for important belongings. Conference & Event Policy — Conferences, meetings, celebrations, and other group activities must be arranged with management in advance and conducted according to the agreed capacity and facility-use conditions.
