Pet Policy — Pets are permitted upon request, subject to the property's applicable arrangements. Party and Event Policy — Parties, events, and similar gatherings are not permitted on the property. Children Policy — Children of all ages are welcome, with guests expected to provide accurate information about children's ages when making a reservation. Extra Bed Policy — Cots and extra beds are not available, so guests should select an apartment with sufficient sleeping capacity. Property Care Policy — Guests are expected to use the furniture, appliances, kitchen equipment, and other facilities responsibly and may be charged for damage caused during their stay. Parking Policy — Free private parking is available on-site, and guests should use the designated parking spaces without obstructing access to the property.
