Smoking Policy: Smoking should be limited to areas permitted by management. Smoking inside guest rooms is not permitted where the property designates rooms as non-smoking. Noise Policy: Guests must keep noise at a reasonable level and avoid activities that disturb other guests or nearby residents. Visitor Policy: Visitors should be approved by management before accessing guest accommodation areas. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. Property Damage Policy: Guests may be held responsible for damage, loss or excessive soiling of hotel property caused by themselves or their visitors. Children and Family Safety: Children using the property's facilities must be supervised by a responsible adult. Parents or guardians remain responsible for children's safety. Conference and Facility Use Policy: Use of the conference room, restaurant, bar and other shared facilities is subject to availability and the property's applicable rules or charges.
