Domestic pets of any kind are not permitted on hotel grounds, with exceptions granted exclusively for certified service assistance animals upon prior notice to management. Non-registered visitors must check in at the front reception desk and are restricted to public lobby and restaurant areas; room visits are permitted only until 10:00 PM. Loud audio systems, disruptive group activities, and unsanctioned private events are strictly prohibited across guest room corridors and leisure spaces to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. All room charges, security deposits, and extra service billings must be settled in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) using cash, major credit/debit cards, or verified local mobile money transfers (MoMo). Guests assume full financial responsibility for any physical damage, loss, stained linens, or destruction caused to hotel property, room fittings, or amenities during their stay.
